**Title**: Sommelier/Restaurant Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Wine Expertise and Management**: Curate and manage our wine selection, ensuring a diverse and high-quality wine list. Provide training to staff on wine knowledge and pairing recommendations.
- **Restaurant Operations**: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Deliver an outstanding dining experience to guests, including personalized wine recommendations and excellent table service.
- **Team Leadership and Development**: Lead and motivate the restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a sommelier and restaurant manager.
- Advanced knowledge of wine, including regions, varietals, and wine production.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A commitment to delivering high standards of customer service.
- Certification in wine education (e.g., Court of Master Sommeliers, WSET) is preferred.
