The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and committed Restaurant Manager to lead Lucie’s daily operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency. This is not just a management position—it is an opportunity to run one of Toronto’s most beautiful fine dining restaurants with a hands-on approach, strong leadership, and a deep appreciation for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service, impeccable guest experiences, and adherence to Michelin-level standards.
Leadership & Team Development: Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of professionalism, respect, and continuous improvement.
Guest Experience & Hospitality: Cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring personalized service that exceeds guest expectations.
Business Growth & Reputation: Maintain Lucie’s reputation as one of Toronto’s premier fine dining establishments by upholding the restaurant’s identity and guest loyalty.
Wine knowledge will be higly recommended.
Who You Are:
A true hospitality professional with a deep passion for fine dining and guest experience.
An experienced leader (minimum 5 years in fine dining management) with a proven track record in high-end restaurants.
Detail-oriented, with an understanding of what makes a restaurant truly great—from service flow to ambiance.
A hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.
Financially savvy, with experience managing P&L, budgets, and operational costs.
Committed to excellence—not just in food and service, but in every detail that creates an unforgettable experience for our guests.
