**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
- Utilize online systems for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Handle office phone systems efficiently, ensuring clear communication within the team and with clients.
- Assist with clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Support Owner as needed to enhance overall office productivity.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with customer support or front desk operations is desirable.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12-18 months

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
