We’re looking for an Office Administrator to be part of making that happen.The Office Administrator is responsible for providing front-line administrative and clerical support while also serving as a critical representative of the company. The Office Administrator will serve as primary point of contact and as liaison for the day-to-day operational and administrative issues.Responsibilities:Answer all incoming phone calls and redirect as necessaryProcess incoming/outgoing mail and deliveriesKeep the office/kitchen and bathrooms tidy and stockedAssisting in and completing preparation for meetings, both virtual and in personGreeting and checking in visitorsUsing various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation softwareReading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as neededOpening, sorting, and distributing incoming emails, messages, and other correspondenceHelping to plan and execute events within the office in partnership with other stakeholders including but not limited to HR, People experience, and Department LeadersResponsible for employee badging accessManage employee gifting for life eventsMaintaining budget/monthly expense reportingRequired Skills and Experience:5 years’ experience working in a professional officeProficiency with MS Outlook, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, Excel, cloud-based apps, Zoom, Slack and other communication toolsProficiency booking travel onlineEvent planning savvyProject management experienceEducation and work experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceAbility to process and respond to a high volume of email, text messages and phone callsAbility to compose executive correspondenceRespond to critical messages right away with same-day turnaround for top priority requestsResponsiveness to less urgent requests providing timeframe for answer or solutionAbility to Multi-task and prioritize duties and tasksOn-Camera Policy:To support a fair, transparent, and engaging interview experience, candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews.
