This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and excel in the evolving human resources field._

**Summary**

The Talent and Development Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent and Development (T&D) team by ensuring smooth roll out of the T&D programs and initiatives. This position requires excellent organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and external vendors.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day HR administrative functions
- Support with scheduling meetings, agenda planning and calendar management
- Support the T&D team and leaders with in-house programs
- Coordinating recruiting events
- Other duties as required

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- 30% travel to Quebec may be required
- Full professional proficiency in French is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Initiative self-starter with high sense of ownership and experience delivering projects on time with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Keen on details with advanced time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and assignments
- Bright, driven and clear about your future career goals
- Ability to learn fast, ambitious and come up with new innovative ideas
- Roll up your sleeves mentality with a whatever it takes mindset to get the job done
