**Position Summary and Job Magnitude**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Maintains internal HRIS system and other e-service systems by entering any employee change information (new hires, changes, terminations, promotions, transfers, etc.);
- Provides support and advice to business leaders, including engagement and career development, and supports the resolution of employee relations matters such as those related to performance, attendance, and other related issues;
- Advises business leaders regarding management of performance concerns;
- Assists with ongoing design, deployment and maintenance of the ADP WFN HRIS database;
- Conducts and documents exit interviews with departing personnel;
- Supports managers in addressing employee relations/human resources issues in accordance with the business values;
- Implements programs to help improve the employee experience;
- Coordinates and executes the recruitment process, including postings, phone screens, interviews, tracking and reporting;
- Works with the HR team to develop efficiencies of tools, systems and processes that support the business;
- Acts as primary point of contact for employee questions and concerns;
- Implements and manages training programs and orientation, and other key training initiatives while evaluating and revising programs as necessary;
- Maintains company organization charts;
- Performing Health and Safety audits companywide
- Updating companies Health and Safety boards
- Reviewing all Form 7's
- Preparing modified offers
- Performs various monthly, quarterly and as needed reporting;
- Adhoc duties as required

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or Human Resources
- At least 2 years of related experience in Human Resources
- CHRP certification is considered an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Project and task management experience
- Knowledge of ADP WFN is an asset
- Highly developed oral and written communications skills
- Some travelling for the job is required
