As a Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the HR function within the organization and the development of HR strategy, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance with labour laws and regulations. Your duties will include:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and resolving employee concerns.
- Handle disciplinary issues and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
- Provide guidance on employee performance and development.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
- Work with managers to set performance goals and provide coaching and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for employee growth and development.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Develop and maintain a learning and development strategy for the organization.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Manage corporate payroll, process and calculate employee salaries, wages and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and reporting requirements.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labour laws.
- Keep abreast of changes in labour laws and regulations and ensure the organization's compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management.
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR goals with organizational objectives.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to work independently
- Positive and professional demeanour.
- Must have the ability to maintain the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
