**Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Professional to join our team at ORCAFY, a fast-growing digital marketing agency. This role will support a range of HR functions including payroll, hiring, employee engagement, and office operations.

**Duties**

**Payroll And Attendance**:

- Process payroll using the Wave app.
- Track employee working hours through Excel and Jibble to ensure accurate records.

**Recruitment**:

- Lead hiring efforts for departments including Sales, Ads Management, and the Social & Creative Team.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

**Onboarding & Offboarding**:

- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires, including system setups, account creation, and orientation.
- Handle employee exits by revoking system access, conducting exit procedures, and ensuring proper documentation.

**Employee Engagement**:

- Plan and execute biweekly engagement initiatives such as _Employee of the Month_ and _Top Performer of the Week_.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

**Office Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, including regular checks on stationery and other essentials.

**Experience**
- Atleast 1 -2 years of experience in Human Resource Managment
- Experience with Wave, Excel, and Jibble is an asset
- Prior HR or administrative experience preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
