**Position Summary**

This role will report directly into the Human Resources Generalist.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Update all job descriptions when applicable.
- Onboard and offboard employees appropriately.
- Human Resources Administration - Prepare employment verification letters, add in new employees into the benefits program, add employees into punch clock system.
- Track and maintain daily attendance of all warehouse staff.
- Payroll Administration - Prepare and keep track of bi-weekly payroll changes with appropriate reasoning and add employees into the payroll system.
- Employee Data Management and compiles statistics for various HR management reports.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Completion of a university or college degree/diploma in Human Resources. Actively working towards a CHRP/CHRL designation would be an asset.
- 1-2 years experience as HR Coordinator, high volume Recruitment or an Administrative role.
- High level of familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong organization skills.
- Able to take on multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgency.
- Able to work 5 days a week from Monday - Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM.
