**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
With safety, efficiency, inclusivity, and positive employee experiences as our priority, the HR Generalist will have the opportunity to ensure the effectiveness of day-to-day functions of the HR department including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, orientation training, and any other human resource administrative tasks as required.

As part of our interactive team, the HR Generalist will have the opportunity to hone their leadership skills as they assist Supervisors on the interpretation and administration of policies, programs, and the collective agreement, and provide general information and assistance to all stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- A University or College Diploma, preferably in business specializing in Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources within a manufacturing and/or unionized environments is an asset.
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills.
- Excellent inter-personal relation skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to Health & Safety.
