We are looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented, organized, and assertive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. In return, we offer a supportive workplace, competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package after a 3-month probationary period.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Coordinate practicum placements for students
- Liaise with existing practicum partners and source new host sites as needed
- Schedule and communicate with clinical instructors
- Ensure all practicum documentation is collected and properly filed

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in administration or customer service, or a combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel at intermediate to advanced level)

**Additional Information**
- This role is based primarily at our Surrey campus, with occasional work in Vancouver
- Both locations are easily accessible by public transit
- Sunday to Thursday work schedule with Friday and Saturdays off
- This is an on-site position and not suitable for remote work
