**Responsibilities**:
Administration duties, office procedures, HR hiring and training, A Manager’s responsibilities include providing information to employees, hiring and firing, facilitating communication between departments. Great customer service for our existing clients and potential new clients, positive staff support and creating programs that will make all departments a great success. One of your roles is to create and maintain a pleasant and fun work environment, ensuring a high level of professionalism, excellent organizational skills, amazing communication skills and the best customer service one would expect. The position is meant for someone that thrives in a very fast pace environment, can work fast, multitask and is always open to learn and grow and build.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an Office Manager
- Health care - Home support industry an asset but not necessary
- Excellent working as a team player with all staff including owners and executives. Also being self motivated and can thrive working on your own.
- Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures, you pick up new software quickly.
- Fast and Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, Adobe)
- Fast worker and learner, excellent memory recall and can work well under pressure
- Must have some experience with HR - both hiring and training
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude
- Excellent English spoken, written and verbal communication skills ( second and third languages are a plus, although not necessary)
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements and growth for different departments
- Excellent customer service skill - as well as telephone etiquette
- Vehicle is a MUST
- Travel may be involved in this position
