**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

We are seeking a PartTime, On-Site, Office Manager who is an organized, proactive and results-oriented individual, responsible for providing administrative support to our direct sales team at our downtown Victoria office. The Office Manager will oversee the reception department, managing office supplies, supporting staff with various administrative tasks and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This position in 12 hours per week with starting pay at $25 an hour.

We are looking for someone who is available to start immediately, following a 2 week onboarding process.

**RESPONSIBILTIES**

**General Office Duties**
- Manage office supplies/inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional office environment.
- Manage and maintain relationships with head office, IT department and other 3rd parties such as courier services, tailors, along with vendors (photocopier, coffee machine, water delivery, etc.)
- Coordinate with IT support to address technical issues.
- Coordinate and manage expense reports from sales professionals team.

**Receiving & Shipping**

Processing new garments, tailors' invoices, maintaining inventory in system which includes:

- Unpacking received shipments
- Prepping and steaming (if necessary) garments for delivery
- Garment Check-In
- Collecting shipment packing slips and entering in computer daily
- Printing Received Report; notifying Sales Professionals when items received daily
- Following up on items not been received within timely manner

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Ability to perform detailed work accurately
- Ability to routinely handle confidential, highly sensitive information
- Proficient computer skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Spreadsheets to track and coordinate inventory, deadlines and schedules.
- Ability to work as a team and remain flexible
- Ability to relate well and communicate with a variety of people
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
