The Office Manager manages a wide assortment of duties encompassing Order Desk Support & Customer Service and Office Operations management. The Office Manager is responsible for creating a strong organizational culture while developing systems, policies, and procedures to support staff performance and business growth.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures.
- IT Support: Act as the on-site go to person for all tasks related to various IT tasks. Liaise and coordinate activities with appropriate vendors - including but not limited to computers, phones, mobile and security devices. Ensuring staff are equipped to perform their job duties.

**SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS**:

- This role requires some weekend and holiday availability.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE**:

- Minimum 2 years previous leadership experience is required.
- Minimum 5 years of Customer Service experience (office setting preferred)
- Advanced skills working with computers and other office equipment.
