Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales. Duties: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients - Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities - Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure maximum profitability - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM systems - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services Requirements: - Proven experience in outside sales or business development - Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Technical sales experience is a plus We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
