We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. Duties

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, cold calling, and industry research,
  • Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective B2B clients,
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Develop strategic business plans to expand market share within assigned territories or sectors.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements relevant to our products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Business development expertise with a strategic approach to expanding client base.
  • Excellent account management skills to nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools used in sales growth initiatives.
  • Proficiency in analysis skills for assessing market opportunities and sales performance metrics.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
  • Fluency in English, is required to facilitate communication with diverse clients.
