**About the Role**
This is a dynamic, hybrid role that touches all aspects of the business. It is a full sales cycle role that is a unique combination of business development, sales and customer success. Your goal will be to drive revenue through hunting for new clients, supplemented by inbound leads and an existing book of business. You’ll also act as a consultant to your existing clients, helping to grow their business through stellar packaging.
**We’re looking for someone who is**:
- Self motivated: You have a strong bias towards action balanced with strategy. You’re great at setting goals and have a track record of achieving them
- Resourceful: You’re excited to get creative, better systems, processes & are willing to take risks.
- Curious & loves education: You want to coach and empower your clients to achieve their branding & packaging goals and teach them about how important branded packaging is to their success.
- Experienced: you have at least 2-5 years of sales experience in a setting that prioritizes hunting, outreach and building a loyal client base; sales experience in packaging, printing or the food industry is a bonus
