**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven **Account Executive (AE)** to drive revenue growth by selling FineFix’s construction management services. This is a **hybrid role** that blends the **hunter mindset** of a BDR with the relationship management and deal-closing responsibilities of an AE. You will be responsible for **prospecting, qualifying leads, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals** with commercial construction clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Hunter Mentality**: Aggressively pursue and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and engage potential clients such as developers, general contractors, architects, and business owners.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and nurture prospects through the sales funnel to close deals.
- **Client Consultation & Solution Selling**: Understand client pain points and position FineFix’s construction management services as the best solution.
- **Deal Closing**: Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract, negotiating pricing and terms as needed.
- **Relationship Management**: Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.
- **Market & Competitor Research**: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with project managers and leadership to align sales efforts with operational capabilities.

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Experience**: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction, real estate, SaaS for construction, or related industries.

Pay: $55,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Retention bonus

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kitchener, ON N2G 3R5
