We’re a third-party logistics (3PL) company helping businesses move freight across North America. As demand for transportation solutions continues to surge, we’re looking for self-starters who are ready to hustle, close deals, and grow with us.

**What You’ll Do**
- Make high-volume outbound calls to identify leads and land new clients.
- Build and manage your book of business by developing strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
- Customize freight solutions and negotiate rates and terms to close deals.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle — from the first call to post-delivery follow-up.
- Meet and exceed key performance targets consistently.

**Note: Cold calling is a key part of this role early on. As your portfolio grows, your focus will shift naturally toward client retention and long-term account management.**

**What You Bring**
- A strong work ethic and willingness to make the calls it takes to succeed.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Post-secondary education preferred.
- No logistics experience? No problem — we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
