Centaur Ribbons, a leader in custom awards and ribbons manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Langley office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is looking to bring strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage invoicing inside of Sage 50 and prepare shipping labels.
- Organize packages and handle brokerage paperwork.
- Perform customer service responsibilities and filing.
- Assist the store manager with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Extremely comfortable working inside of Excel

Qualifications:

- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in multitasking.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite is highly preferred.

- Professional demeanor and strong independent work ethic.
- Capability to interact with team members and customers in a fast-paced setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Location**:

- Langley, BC (preferred)
