**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office activities as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Managing all accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Input all required information into QuickBooks Online
- Completing all payroll activities accurately and in a timely manner

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software relevant to office operations.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
- Familiarity with data entry practices and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Accounts payable/receivable experience
- QuickBooks online experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
