We are recruiting an experienced Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our team to support our client.RESPONSIBILITIES:BookkeeperRecording Financial Transactions; accurately record all income expenses, and financial activities using Sage 300 accounting softwareMaintaining General Ledger; ensure the accuracy of the general ledger by reconciling accounts and correcting discrepanciesPreparing Financial Statement; generate month-end closings, trial balance, and present to internal stakeholdersProcessing accounts payable and accounts receivable; track invoices, payments, and overdue accounts while maintaining strong vendor and client relationshipsManaging bank reconciliations; reconcile bank statements with internal records to identify and resolve discrepanciesWeekly payroll processing; manage payroll operations, including calculating wages, withholding taxes, and issuing payment, ROE's, T-4'sMaintain proper job costing for all production jobsTax Preparation; collaborate with accountants to prepare and file taxes and government remittancesAdminister benefit planAdministrator:Answering phone callPreparing and completing custom documents on imports & exportsFedex/Purolator paperworkPrepare work in progress documentationFiling as requiredArrange and reserve travel and lodging as requiredREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:3 years of Bookkeeping experience.
