We are a busy full service accounting firm located in the Annapolis Valley and we are currently looking to add a full time office manager/accounting technician to work with our team supporting our valued clients.

Duties Include:

- Preside over all manner of office related tasks
- Answering phones
- Provide administrative support to partners and staff within the office, including calendar management and outgoing correspondence
- Ensure all documents and deliverables are properly edited prior to being sent to clients
- Interact with clients and Canada Revenue Agency
- Client interaction to support information requests and follow-ups
- General bookkeeping data entry
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Maintaining office area in an organized, professional and clean manner

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Windsor, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
