Responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of an office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage administrative tasks, coordinate with other departments, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Organizing meetings, managing schedules, ordering supplies, and handling general office tasks.
- Handling Human resources, WSIB, Bonus calculations, Health Claims, Employee filing and reporting.
- Bill Payments and invoice filing.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong computer skills and data entry experience
- Excellent clerical and administrative skills
- Customer service and phone etiquette expertise
- Experience with filing and organizational tasks
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and bookkeeping is a plus
- Previous experience in a office is advantageous

Pay: $3,786.86-$5,127.71 per month
