**Duties and Responsibilities include and not limited to**:

- Review, enter, and process data for invoicing of clients
- Utilize and maintain customer software and data bases
- Maintain files and records, analyze data, and coordinate preparation of reports
- Assist management teams with all functions of daily operations, including screening calls, processing expense reports, maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings
- Attend meetings and take actions to ensure deliverables are met
- Manage and coordinate invoice approvals, working with accounting for department purchases
- Submit and track locates with assistance of Construction/Field Manager
- Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive information
- Ability and willingness to work in a field construction office and maintain appropriate professionalism
- Ability to work with all levels of employees in the organization
- Strong project coordination skills
- Ability to prioritize deliverables to meet timelines, providing follow-up and updates
- Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as a team
- Willingness and flexibility to assist others as required
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative
- Organized, reliable, and capable of evaluating the workload to create an effective workflow with other departments
- Effective oral and written communication skills
