At Astongate Real Estate, we are a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate agency, committed to providing exceptional services to our clients. We are looking for talented individuals who can drive our lead generation efforts and masterfully navigate the realms of Facebook and Google advertising.
**Position: Real Estate Lead Generation and Social Media Marketing Expert**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers in the real estate market.
- Optimize and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Google, ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and return on investment.
- Create compelling and visually appealing ad content to capture the attention of the target audience.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive marketing plans and initiatives.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in real estate lead generation and social media marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools to measure and interpret campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
- A passion for real estate and a deep understanding of the industry.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
