Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Strategist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and generate leads across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and extensive experience in developing, executing, and testing social media strategies.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer
  • Create engaging content incorporating graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Monitor social media trends and incorporate best practices to increase audience engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to inform future strategies
  • Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences and maximize reach
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and brand consistency before publishing
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media strategy development and execution
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
  • Experience managing social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform and digital advertising best practices
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance and insights
  • Ability to craft compelling content with excellent proofreading skills
  • Prior experience in graphic design or visual content creation is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and achieve measurable results
