**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Data entry, journal entries and posting of transactions
- Invoice customers
- Perform bookkeeping tasks including account reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, for financial reporting and analysis.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records.
- Able to work independently in a small-business environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook would be preferable.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, account analysis, and budgeting.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role is preferred but not mandatory.
