We are looking to expand our team of Administrative staff for our busy Toronto clinics.

The Bellair Laser Group of Clinics are cosmetic-medical centers offering only FDA approved, result-oriented skin care and hair removal technologies. Bellair Laser Clinic has been in business for 20 years.

We are located in the heart of Toronto and steps away from the subway station.

Your essential job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Desktop
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and reconciling vendor statements
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Assist with payroll processing, including calculating hours worked, preparing payroll reports, and distributing paychecks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
- Support the bookkeeping team in various administrative tasks as needed

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an assistant bookkeeper using Quickbooks Desktop
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
