**Job description**

Seeking an Administrative/Bookkeeping associate on a flexible Part-Time basis, for a boutique Design Firm.

2x half days per week.

TASKS:

- Basic Bookkeeping using QuickBooks - Desktop version.
- Following up on accounts payable and receivable
- Gathering receipts/invoices and matching-up to bank and visa statements.
- Writing up Invoices
- Placing product orders & Following up on product orders and transactions.

EXPERIENCE:

- must have previous experience in the field of admin & accounting
- must be fast and efficient
- must be extremely reliable, honest and focused
- must be fluid in the English Language.

- Running errands
- Stocking supplies

Financial Duties:

- Billing
- Purchasing

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift

- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)
- QuickBooks: 3 years (required)
- Bookkeeping: 4 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Work Location: One location
