Position: Office Admin/Bookkeeper
Time: Part Time/Full Time
Job Requirements:
- Greet people who come into the office and handle inquiries.
- Answer the phone in a professional manner and pass messages to appropriate persons.
- Enter invoices and expenses into the system and manage payment due dates.
- File GST/HST and WCB taxes on a quarterly basis.
- File payroll tax on a monthly basis.
- File T4s and other remittances annually.
- Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis.
- Other tasks as necessary.
Skill Requirements:
- 1-2 years using QuickBooks.
- Professional and friendly personality.
- Willing to learn quickly.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
**Salary**: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
