The Office Admin reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for a variety of tasks including answering phone calls, filing, and maintaining accurate documentation.
**Job Duties**
- Support day to day operations by performing general administrating tasks
- Data entry
- Generate faxes/printing/photocopying
- Maintain filing system and documentation
- Receive and respond to phone calls.
- Support other teams as required
- Other miscellaneous office functions
**Requirements**:
- Excellent organizational ability
- High School or equivalent
- Computer knowledge required (Microsoft Office: Word and Excel)
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team and with employees at various Levels.
- Minimum one to three (1-3 years) of relevant office experience.
**Work Conditions**
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

- Dartmouth, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
