**Overview**
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at REXIG Realty Investment Group. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone etiquette, communication, deal and trade record accounting, billing, executive administrative assistance, and utilizing clerical skills. This role is based in Oakville, ON, with flexibility for some remote work.

**Responsibilities**
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Clerical Skills proficiency
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the real estate industry and Lonewolf Back Office systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretarial experience required
- Accounting background is a plus
