**Job Summary**:
As a Real Estate Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our team’s success. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to our team lead and agents, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional client experiences. This position involves handling various tasks such as scheduling, coordinating communications, managing listings, and assisting with marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the team lead and agents, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist with preparing and managing real estate documents, such as listings, contracts, and client presentations.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Handle communications with clients, vendors, and other parties, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Assist with listing coordination, including scheduling photoshoots, updating MLS listings, and preparing property marketing materials.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office organization.
- Conduct research on properties, market trends, and other relevant topics as needed.
- Provide support during open houses and other client events.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a real estate setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with real estate software (e.g., MLS systems).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with real estate marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with real estate transaction processes and documentation.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets is a plus.

Pay: $18.42-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
