**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Manage timekeeping tasks, including tracking employee hours, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring payroll accuracy.
- Answer phones, direct calls, greet customers and guests, assist with meeting arrangements, and provide client support when necessary.
- Maintain electronic and paper records in compliance with company policy, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Sort and distribute mail and order office supplies as needed.
- Provide support to Estimators in document management and other administrative tasks.
- Assist Project Managers with managing change orders, schedules, and general contract administration.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
**WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM**
- 2-4 years of relevant experience required.
- **Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred.**:
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Strong math and computer skills with proficiency in productivity software, including Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think proactively and work independently.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
