We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Toronto office. As an Administrative Assistant for PULLMAN, you will be accountable for routine clerical duties including but not limited to front office receptionist tasks, data entry, filing, copying, and overall office administration.
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Greeting employees and visitors to the office
- Working with construction documents and forms
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with meeting and event planning and set up for the office
- Assisting with payroll processing and accounts payable when needed
- 5+ years of previous administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transcribing abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexible, skilled at multi-tasking, detail oriented and organized
- Previous experience working in the construction industry
- Bi-lingual English-Spanish
