3D Printing Specialist

We are currently looking for a **3D Printing Expert & Social Media Content Creator** to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media and On-Camera Content Creation**
- **Unbox & Review**: Create engaging unboxing and product review videos to showcase new 3D printers, accessories, and other products.
- **Tutorials & Training**: Develop and present tutorials for our products, sharing tips and techniques for achieving great results.
- **Interesting Projects**: Lead exciting 3D printing projects and document the process through videos, blogs, and posts to inspire our community.
- **Social Media Engagement**: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute creative content strategies, ensuring an active and positive presence on social platforms.

**3D Printing Support & Customer Service**
- **Printing Projects**: Assist with client printing projects, including slicing models and ensuring high-quality outputs.
- **Customer Support**: Provide exceptional service both in-store and over the phone, addressing customer inquiries about 3D printers, parts, and accessories.
- **Training**: Offer hands-on training to customers in-store, helping them learn how to use their equipment effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with 3D printing and related technologies.
- Comfortable being on camera and speaking in front of an audience.
- Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service experience is an asset.

Pay: $60,268.00-$66,618.00 per year

Additional pay:
