SmileCrafters Dental seeking a skilled Dental Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for fabricating dental prosthetics and appliances based on dentist prescriptions and patient specifications. This is a vital role in our dental practice, as you will contribute to the overall oral health and well-being of our patients. You will be vital in the process of setting up our lab to serve our 4 different locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, fabricate night guards using ExoCad and KeySoft Splint resin
- Prepare 3D printed dental models for the fabrication of appliance
- Polish and buff appliances
- Use Positive pressure machine for thermal forming the Biostar to fabricate splints, mouthguards, bleaching trays, and essix retainers.
- Read and follow detailed instructions from the in house dental professional

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a dental office or laboratory setting
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating digital models of dental prosthetics, familiarity with phrozen software and Blue Sky.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the dental team
