Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and territory management, with excellent negotiation and customer service skills. As a key player in our sales organization, you will utilize CRM software and lead generation techniques to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships.

Duties

  • Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and direct sales efforts to prospective clients
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through effective account management strategies
  • Develop new business opportunities via lead generation, networking, and marketing initiatives
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients across various industries
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce
  • Identify market trends and analyze data to optimize territory management and sales strategies
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize account value
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and lead generation techniques
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage territory effectively through strategic planning and analysis skills
  • Familiarity with inside sales strategies, retail sales, or management roles is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through cold calling and direct outreach
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and territory management
