**Responsibilities**:
- Set up, operate and maintain digital equipment
- Input information into a digital workflow with close attention to detail
- Manage projects independently
- Set up, operate and maintain bindery equipment
- Administer the ordering of materials, equipment and supplies
- Consult with clients throughout the printing process: sending proofs, getting approvals, etc.
- Resolve work related problems
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Connect, Share, and Partner with customers to discover sales opportunities.
- Ensure that a clean and safe environment is always top-of-mind, keeping the safety of yourself, fellow associates, and our customers as a key priority.
- Perform additional duties related to or not related to this job classification as assigned by management
**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities**
- Able to work in an organized fashion to meet deadlines
- A moderate amount of physical effort and operation of equipment / machinery is required
- There will be exposure to moderate levels of noise generated by the print equipment
- Driver’s license
**Required Skills**:
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral communication
- Able to work well with mínimal supervision and in a team environment
- Dependable and reliable
- Attention to detail when working on equipment
- Able to recognize and make supervisor aware of any potential quality issues

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience (an asset)
- Graphic design experience (preferred)
- High school diploma
- College diploma or working towards (preferred)
