**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We’re looking for an **Administrative Assistant to support our Flooring Division in Canmore.**This position is a key player in maintaining an overall flow of workplace operations and a central point of contact for clients and employees alike.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Process and input customer orders; place orders with vendors
- Manage inventory for work-in-progress and stocked materials
- Generate purchase orders and review/approve vendor and installer invoices
- Streamline and organize office procedures for maximum efficiency
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries professionally
- Welcome visitors to our showroom and assist with product inquiries
- Run occasional errands to support team operations

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**
- High School Diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- A positive, can-do attitude and a proactive mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Accountability and reliability in managing tasks independently
- Confidence in communicating with internal teams and external clients
