Executive Assistant to the Chairman
Location: Toronto, ON
Reporting to: Company Chairman
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, schedule meetings, travel, and events, and coordinate logistics with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and business documents.
- Assist in executing the Chairman’s directives, including research, project coordination, and stakeholder communications.
- Provide strategic support in business development initiatives and special projects.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in real estate or investment sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to anticipate needs and act with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern communication tools.
Compensation
- Annual salary range: CAD $70,000-$80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Benefits and discretionary bonus opportunities may be included.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- DCS / DEC (required)
**Experience**:
- C-suite support, preferably in real estate or investment: 3 years (required)
