**Position Type**: Full-Time
**Reports To**: President/Chairman
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the President/Chairman's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the President/Chairman.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate executive-level meetings and events.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth executive operations.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- **A real estate license is required.**:
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong background in handling executive-level communications and scheduling.
- **Skills**:
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position.
- On site office work in North York

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
