**Summary**

We are seeking a Shipping and Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Cubic Mini Wood Stoves. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the shipping and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of our high-quality products. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and execute shipping to ensure timely dispatch of products.
- Creating shipping labels, airway bills and packing slips.
- Order picking and packaging to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Loading and unloading pallets of goods while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels.
- Communicate with the customer service team for shipping updates.

**Requirements**:

- Computer literacy, specifically Shipstation and Shopify
- Experience in shipping coordination is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (40lbs)
- Basic mathematical knowledge

Nous recherchons un(e) coordonnateur(trice) à l'expédition et au traitement des commandes pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique chez Poêles A Bois Miniatures Cubic. À ce poste, vous serez responsable de la supervision et de l'exécution des opérations d'expédition et de logistique afin d'assurer la livraison ponctuelle de nos produits de haute qualité. Votre contribution sera essentielle au maintien de notre engagement envers la satisfaction client.

**Responsabilités**
- Coordonner et exécuter l’expédition pour assurer l’expédition rapide des produits.
- Créer des étiquettes d'expédition, des bordereaux d'expédition et des bordereaux d'expédition.
- Préparation et emballage des commandes pour répondre aux commandes des clients avec précision.
- Charger et décharger des palettes de marchandises dans le respect des protocoles de sécurité.
- Tenir des registres précis des expéditions et des niveaux de stock.
- Communiquer avec l'équipe du service client pour les mises à jour concernant les expéditions.

**Exigences**
- Maîtrise de l'informatique, notamment Shipstation et Shopify
- Une expérience en coordination d'expédition est un atout.
- Capacité à soulever des charges lourdes (18 kg)
- Connaissances mathématiques de base
