Wholesale Order Coordinator

JOB TITLE: Allocation Coordinator LOCATION: MONTREAL, QC

**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Outbound Logistics Manager, the coordinator will be responsible for managing, routing & shipping assigned US retail clients. The outbound coordinator will be part of a team whose main responsibility is to analyze order reports and arrange all sales orders to be prepared and shipped out according to shipping windows and of the customer requirements. The coordinator will be monitoring the orders for the list of clients he/she will be responsible for on a daily/ weekly basis. The coordinate will work closely with the Customer Service dept. advising of any issues that may arise to ensure clients are informed in a timely manner as well as working closely with our 3PL warehouse teams.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Order monitoring - analyze open order reports and create pick tickets based on client ship windows
- Order processing - creating pick tickets - Manifests - BOLs
- Communicate with 3PL warehouses for order preparation - shipping
- Communication with CSRs - advising of any issues with ship window - allocation - client requirements
- Routing - both EDI & Non-EDI clients
- Create & Send ASNs

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Outbound logistics experience
- Knowledge of US retailers
- Strong Multitasker
- Strong Organizational skills
- Understanding and basic operations of EDI
- Momentis experience an asset
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of warehouse, cargo preparation and retailers’ compliances

**Sommaire du poste**:
Sous la responsabilité du responsable de la logistique sortante, le coordinateur sera chargé de gérer, d'acheminer et d'expédier les commandes des clients américains du secteur de la vente au détail. Le coordinateur outbound fera partie d'une équipe dont la principale responsabilité est d'analyser les rapports de commande et d'organiser toutes les commandes de vente à préparer et à expédier en fonction des fenêtres d'expédition et des exigences du client. Le coordinateur suivra les commandes pour la liste de clients dont il est responsable sur une base quotidienne/hebdomadaire. Le coordinateur travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le département du service à la clientèle pour signaler tout problème qui pourrait survenir afin de s'assurer que les clients sont informés en temps opportun, ainsi que pour travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes de l'entrepôt 3PL.

**RESPONSABILITÉS ET TÂCHES**
- Suivi des commandes - analyse des rapports sur les commandes en cours et création de bons de prélèvement en fonction des fenêtres d'expédition des clients
- Traitement des commandes - création de bons de prélèvement - manifestes - BOLs
- Communication avec les entrepôts 3PL pour la préparation des commandes - expédition
- Communication avec les CSR - avis sur tout problème concernant la fenêtre d'expédition - allocation - exigences du client
- Routage - clients EDI et non-EDI
- Créer et envoyer des ASN

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Expérience en logistique sortante
- Connaissance des détaillants américains
- Forte capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- Solides compétences organisationnelles
- Compréhension et opérations de base de l'EDI
- Expérience de Momentis un atout
- Bonne communication écrite et orale
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des entrepôts, de la préparation des cargaisons et de la conformité des détaillants.
