Summary

Reporting to the Lead HRIS Specialist, the WORKFORCE HRIS COORDINATOR is responsible for administering and maintaining the workforce HRIS system.

The incumbent possesses knowledge of HRIS Systems, intermediate Excel skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in accordance with company policies and procedures.

This is a 3-months contract role working from home to support our upcoming Turnaround.

What will you do in this job?:

- Administer and maintain the HRIS database in Costpoint, ensuring data accuracy by following established HRIS guidelines
- Coordinate employee data entry and updates (hires, changes & terminations) while collecting necessary documentation
- Escalate technical errors and assist with integration corrections
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for audits and reporting purposes
- Serve as the point of contact for HRIS in the shared inboxes
- Respond to basic access and user queries from the various stakeholders
- Collaborate with HRIS team members to ensure the timing and flow of data aligns with internal processes, such as payroll.

Required Skills/Abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and can work with large amounts of data
- Proven ability to securely manage confidential information
- Proven demonstration of accountability and seek help when needed, ensuring timely and accurate task completion
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 3 years related experience required.
