**Location**: Calgary, Alberta Canada (Hybrid)
Full-Time 40 Hours a Week
**Salary Range**: $65,000-$75,000
This range reflects a variety of experience levels, from emerging professionals to those with several years of relevant experience.
Westerkirk Capital Inc.(‘WCI’), a private investment company based in Victoria, BC is seeking a HRIS Coordinator, working out of Calgary, Alberta. The organization is a single-family office managing assets via internal direct and third-party/external managers across a variety of portfolios and asset classes including fixed income, public equity, private equity, hedge funds, infrastructure, and real estate.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Serve as the first line of support for HRIS-related issues across all entities, with an emphasis on payroll-related inquiries while maintaining the highest level of data integrity, maintenance, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot user-reported issues, provide guidance on system use, and resolve Tier 1 support tickets. Escalating complex or system-impacting issues to HRIS Analysts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to the end users to resolve their questions and problems in a timely manner.
- Utilize excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to research, troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise in the system.
- Assist HRIS Analysts with testing new system features, patches, or configuration changes and support project activities.
- Contribute to documentation of common issues, support procedures, and user guides.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and HRIS team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of support.

**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES**:

- 1-3 years of experience in HRIS support and/or 5+ years’ experience in Payroll with exposure to configuration
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources/Payroll or equivalent combination of training and work experience.
- Experience working in a multi-company enterprise with HR shared services is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with good written and oral communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within an HRIS team environment
