ohnson Service Group is looking for a **Contingent Workforce Coordinator**to join our growing team

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Contractor Assignment, Tracking & Scheduling**:

- Manage full-cycle coordination of contractor projects, submissions through client Fieldglass/VMS portals, and project assignments.
- Ensure effective communication of project details to contractors and clients.
- Maintain comprehensive visibility of contractor availability, assignments, and upcoming workforce needs.
- Proactively identify and communicate contractor pool gaps to management.
- Occasionally source and screen new contractors to maintain a robust talent pool, addressing identified skill gaps.
- Help coordinate and track the completion of contracts and work orders and Migrate contractors from assignment to assignment.

**Vendor Management System Administration**:

- Act as internal expert for client vendor portals (e.g., SAP Fieldglass), supporting contractor workforce as required.
- Maintain accurate and current records, submissions, and tracking contractor statuses.

**Contractor Onboarding & Compliance Support**:

- Help the Onboarding & Compliance Coordinator by helping facilitate onboarding processes for contractors starting new projects.
- Support verification that contractors meet pipeline industry requirements, including safety certifications, drug and alcohol testing, background checks, and client-specific orientations.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with client and regulatory policies prior to contractor deployment by providing documentation support and follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with the Onboarding & Compliance Coordinator to maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation (certifications, licenses, contracts) for each contractor, ensuring readiness for assignments.
- Serve as primary point-of-contact, addressing contractor inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong contractor relationships.

**Database & ATS Management**:

- Utilize internal databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for documenting and tracking contractor information.
- Request, receive, review, and upload resumes, tickets, certifications, and other contractor-related documents into the relevant databases.
- Track and document conversations, interactions, and updates in contractor statuses.

**Recruitment Support**:

- Occasionally source and screen new contractors to maintain a robust talent pool, addressing identified skill gaps.
- Assist contractor workforce with timesheet and expense entry processes, assignment extensions/terminations, and internal record management.
- Format resumes to match client provided templates.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor degree (Business, HR, or related) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience: 2+ years in staffing coordination or contingent workforce management; oil and gas industry familiarity preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with VMS platforms beneficial (training provided).
- Organization & Detail-Oriented: Excellent organization, multitasking, and meticulous attention to compliance and administrative details.
- Communication & Interpersonal: Strong customer-service orientation, professional communication skills, ability to build trust with contractors and clients.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of quick issue resolution, adaptability to changing demands.
- Teamwork and Independence: Self-motivated, collaborative, and effective working independently and as part of a team.
