Jardeg is seeking a **Workforce Contingent Coordinator** to be based in Calgary or Edmonton. Reporting to the Senior Workforce Contingent Advisor, the Contingent Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the contingent workforce’s mobilization and pre
- qualification activities. This is a full-time permanent position with flexible hours, and work from home options available.

**Responsibilities may include**:

- Review and approve new hire / re-hire submissions and pre-site mobilization packages/documents
- Maintain and examines contingent personnel files to answer inquiries and provide information to authorized persons
- Provide support to Talent Acquisition groups which include pre-site mobilization and onboarding of contingent workers
- Provide administrative support to HR client group which may include contingent form preparation and meeting Health, Safety & Environment pre-site access requirements
- Preparing contingent worker agreements
- Maintain pre-site mobilization trackers and onboarding systems
- Organize contingent files and data on company intranet/database/trackers
- Maintain contingent databases such as training records/certificates, insurance and WCB for new and existing contingent workers,
- Scan and save contingent forms and documents per e-Filing standards for each assigned client group and/or division
- Respond to contingent worker inquiries made through the inbox
- Complete special project assignment as dictated by Talent Acquisition business needs
- Other administrative duties upon request in a timely efficient manner

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High School, College or University degree in a related field
- 1 to 2 years' experience in an office environment is required
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
- Strong data-entry, detail-orientation and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to work individually and in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary certificate or diploma in Human Resources Management from accredited institution is an asset
- Knowledge and experience of Construction Trades is preferred
- Experience in the contingent workforce’s mobilization and pre
- qualification activities is preferred
- Human Resources / Recruitment department in Construction and/or Energy (Oil & Gas) industry experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
