Our team prides itself on delivering high-quality service in a professional yet welcoming environment. We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Document Management**: Assist in preparing & processing financial documents, reports and correspondence for client accounts, and maintaining client files with a high level of accuracy.
- **Database Maintenance**: Update and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate client information and efficient workflow.
- **Office Coordination**: Act as a liaison between companies and advisors, following up on financial transactions to ensure timely completion.
- **Team Collaboration**: Support special projects and contribute to team initiatives as needed including telephone and marketing campaigns

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Prior experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a financial services or similar professional environment
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy with excellent communication skills
- Efficient & accurate data entry skills
- Ability to prioritize, take initiative and work effectively as part of an administrative team
- Knowledge of basic financial concepts or an interest in learning about financial planning an asset

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- LLQP and/or Mutual Fund License (preferred)

Work Location: In person
